Annual Meeting

The Bay Harbor Improvement Association Annual Meeting is usually held on the second Saturday in June of each year at the Bay Harbor Pavilion.  The date will be posted under “Social Events”.
Concurrently there will be a fishing tournament and silent auction.  Please start collecting silent auction donations from businesses, friends, or your home.  Let’s make the 2023 silent auction the best one yet!

June 4, 2022 Annual Meeting

A huge thank you to all who contributed to the success of the annual meeting:

  • Fishing tournament chair Tim Kurtin & all who participated
  • Members, new and old, who came & brought sides & desserts
  • All who assisted with set up and tear down of tents, trash cans, and cleaning of the pavilion
  • Pam Williams who ordered tables & chairs and all who assisted with tent, table and chair set up and tear down
  • Silent auction committee Margaret Labbe, Dana Kurtin and all who donated and purchased silent auction items
  • All who purchased Bay Harbor merchandise
  • Secretary-Treasurer Gail Choate for registration and other duties
  • President David Labbe, Councilwoman Marie Robb and all who spoke at the meeting
  • And, Havoc Wagon band members for livening up the event with their music, …and hopefully, doing that again next year!
